Wayne Segar currently serves as the Global Field CTO at Dynatrace, where responsibilities include providing technical thought leadership and advisement on observability and security to senior executives, as well as collaborating with product teams to launch new capabilities.  Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Performance Engineering at JPMorgan Chase, where Wayne led a team to optimize application performance and established a Performance Engineering Standards Practice. Wayne Segar holds degrees in Finance and Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University.
